The Virginia Department of Human Resources has announced the following weather-related delays and closings are for Monday, Feb. 8: Executive Branch agencies in the Richmond-Metro area will open with a two-hour delay. State agencies north of and including Fredericksburg will be closed. Only employees designated as “essential” should report. Agencies should encourage telework as appropriate.
