The Virginia Emergency Operations Center is continuing to fulfill local government requests for assistance:
- Fire, emergency medical services and emergency operations center personnel, as well as large-capacity shelter generators, are going to the city of Alexandria
- Meals are being provided to shelters in Stafford County and the city of Manassas.
- Staff and equipment to support plowing operations are moving into northwestern Virginia
- Strategically repositioning other emergency response resources in northern and northwestern Virginia
